Pros: The unit seems like brand new. The cleanliness is top notch! Location is great, Monorail station linked directly to the building, very convenience.

Modern flat in an excellent location

Pros: Location is fantastic. Walkable to several MRT lines, shopping mall right downstairs, lots of diverse restaurant options in the mall and in the neighborhood. The building is beautiful, modern, and the pool and gym are great, with new equipment. Keep in mind that the pool and gym are small, so they can't support a lot of people at once; on the other hand, this building is not crawling with tourists like the adjacent Colony By Infinitum, so usually there is capacity in the gym and pool. The unit is perfect for a long stay for a couple. The sliding door to close off the bedroom was excellent for us to work in separate spaces or when one wakes up earlier than the other. Host was willing to set up a home water filter for us so that we had drinkable water, which we appreciated a lot. They also gave us a second card on request (in exchange for deposit).

Cons: Hosts were not super reliable in communication. It was stressful at the end not able to get in touch with any of the hosts to get my deposit back. Cleanliness of the flat could be better. We did a deep clean ourselves, and there was a ton of dirt and dust on surfaces and in and under the couch. A week into the stay, we got locked out of the building because the owner defaulted on their monthly maintenance fees. It took 3 days to be resolved, and during this time we could not freely use the lift or amenities. Host should give two cards to long stay travelers by default, even if it requires a deposit.
