Great, But Could Be Better

Pros: Aside from the frustrating communication with the handler, the apartment itself was great, fantastic, even. The unit was clean, the pools were excellent, and the views from the infinity pool were beautiful. Having Lalaport just below was also very convenient. The kitchen utensils were complete, although I’m not sure whether cooking is officially allowed as we chose to eat out during our stay. The only other minor issue was the parking, which was quite confusing due to the different levels (1A, 1B, 1M, etc.), and clearer instructions would have been helpful.

Cons: If you read reviews saying they are unresponsive and slow to reply, please believe them. I had already prepared to message them the day before my scheduled check-in because they promised via booking.com app to text the check in procedures the evening prior, but there was no message at all. I had also read multiple reviews mentioning that guests were left waiting for hours for the owners to hand over the keys, so I tried to be proactive by texting them in advance. What really upset me was that I politely asked four times whether early check-in was possible. All four messages were ignored. A simple “no” would have been perfectly fine, even a made up explanation would have sufficed. Instead, I was left on read. The entire process could have been far less stressful if they had clearly informed us from the beginning that check-in procedures and key collection would only be handled once guests arrived at the lobby. That single clear instruction would have saved unnecessary back-and-forth and frustration. I had to leave my appointment early to handle the check-in ahead of my elderly parents’ arrival because I didn’t want them to be exhausted waiting unnecessarily due to the lack of communication.

Pros: We’ve chosen to stay here many times due to its great location and family-friendly, comfortable atmosphere.🩶

Value for money due to location and property facilities.

Pros: The location is excellent which close to Berjaya time square and Lalaport shopping mall. The property is clean.

Cons: The mattress was not comfy. The bedsheet was not clean. The staff slow in response despite we initiated to contact the staff to get the check in instructions and QR CODE for entering the property. However, the staff eventually will reply but not immediate reply but at the end the check in process was smooth and we got to check in earlier at 1pm. Thank you.

Pros: Everything was perfect - the apartment was clean, the view was fantastic and the infinity pool just amazing. Great location, easy check-in, and everything you could wish for from a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Great location with beautiful views and facilities.

Pros: The location was bit difficult to find at first, however once we checked in it was very convenient for us to get in and out of the premises. Is well located for easy access to shops and had a stunning view from our apartment. Would definitely recommend this place.

Cons: We basically liked every thing, except had Difficulty in the first occasion to locate the place.

Perfect!

Pros: The studio was great, big, comfy with everything you need. The facilities are great and the building is very safe with access card and security 24/7. Unlike other people in the comments, I didn’t hear anything from my room and the wait for lift was usually quick. Location is great, close to few metro stations, right behind a mall and 15min walk from Bukit Bintang. I’d definitely recommend and come back!

Cons: The check in process was a bit confusing, I just wanted to drop my bag but ended up waiting 1h in the lobby for someone to come and meet me. I think it was more of a miscommunication issue as I got my room earlier so can’t really complain. Make sure you ask for the QR code and your room number in advance otherwise security won’t let you go through to the lobby. About the room, a microwave would be good as well as more towels. One floor towel for shower and maybe a small one for the hands. But it’s just small details.

Cons: No option to check in early, tried to be offered a more expensive 2 bed apartment despite not needing it which felt off but the owner was fine with us saying no

Great stay, great value

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised. The apt manager was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the infinity pool was closed, but there is a great 50m pool with different zones on the 3rd floor, we enjoyed swimming there in the morning. The residence has a direct connection to a shopping mall with a food court and supermarkets. The location is a bit aside from the center, but grab solves the problem.

Great Stay

Pros: The location is perfect. Just go down and reach Lalaport shopping centre. Near to 2 MRT station, easy to go anywhere. 3rd times staying, nvr disappointed me.

Cons: Nothing. Maybe the price. 😂😂😂
