Good and clean property

Pros: In general, the property was good . The sofa fabric was old and The shower head was not fixed well and it seems they used a tape to hold it. Some of the wall paper was pulled up from the lower corner

Pros: Excellent location close to transport. Spacious, comfortable apartment with great views. Friendly, helpful staff on Sky Deck. Enjoyed the infinity pool and amazing views of the towers. Seamless check in and check out process. We had a great stay here. Highly recommend it.

Pros: It was an amazing stay. Host was so polite and the location of the property and stay was super amazing. It was so good that I cannot explain that in words. I have travelled so many countries but this was one of the best stay of my life. Every attraction was near to this place and the views from the room especially the infinity pool was super amazing.

Pros: Patronus tower is 15 minute walk and KL tower visible from the room . It's service appartment so don't expect room service . Room is very well maintained.very clean and silent .we love this property .

Good stay & great pool

Pros: The apartment is a more-than-decent 2 bed flat located on the 25th floor. Although I do understand some of the reviews, I do think the place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, it was spacious, it had a washer/dryer and came with free access to one of the best pools in KL & the gym, both located on the 51st floor. We were afraid about any hidden fees or problems with the deposit, but that was not the case. Everything went smoothly, and the host was nice and understanding.

Cons: The one true inconvenience was the lack of hot water, which unfortunately seems to be the case throughout the building (the gym and pool showers upstairs only have cold-ish water as well).
