NaiBnB in Agile Bukit Bintang - 5 mins walk to TRX

Pros: Loved the stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location is very strategic and centrally located. It will definitely be my favourite place whenever I visit KL!

Cons: Nothing at all. Everything was perfect! Hope the cleanliness is well maintained.🤍

Pros: The room so comfortable & the place was quiet and safest

Cons: No nearby minimart or 7 eleven nor restaurant or shopping complex. Order foods through grabs

Cosy and lovely place

Pros: everything was exactly like the photos! so nice and cosy, i love that it comes with a washing machine and dryer, made our stay even more convenient. i could watch netflix too, that's a bonus point! airconds and water heater were working perfectly well, i love them! Such a great place, will definitely come back! ☺️

Cons: lifts were kinda slow, but all was good. the longest time we had to wait for the lift was around 10 mins but that was because there were a lot of people. other times, 5 mins top.

Pros: 1. Clean, nice, as advertised. Even aircond was functioning too well. They even gave 4 towels to use. Got Netflix to connect, just need to scan QR then can connect to your account. But remember to log out. 2. Check in check out was easy, just need to go across the road which is the NaiBnB office to get the keys and return it. Contactless. Before check in, they will email check in form, once filled, they will give you instructions to check in. Easy. 3. There is places to park your car, besides the property, but open area, walking distance. But need to pay RM 10. We use the one at the left side of property. 4. Restaurants, cafes, TRX are all walking distances. Even MRT stations. 5. If you’re lazy and want to order grab food, easy, but need to pick up downstairs at the grab food table area. Also contactless. But also can cook, there’s microwave too.

Cons: 1. Downside is no place to keep the luggage if you came earlier while waiting for check up. Need to go to other place to keep the luggage. A bit far. And of course payment. So either you have to walk around with your luggage, or keep the luggage at other places before your check in time. 2. Car cannot go in the property, even if you use transportation like Grab, need to go until the guard post. 3. It will be even better if there is coffee or tea bag provided together. Even if a little. But I understand as it’s not hotel.

Pros: Our stay was very pleasant. The room is really spacious and very cozy; you can tell it was designed by a professional, with great attention to detail that gives the apartment a very nice vibe. The only inconvenience we experienced was with check-in, as the unit was delivered about two hours later than expected. Regarding the building services (which are not the host’s responsibility), it’s worth noting that if you’re in a hurry, elevator wait times can be long. We usually waited 5 minutes or more, and during peak hours and check-out time it took us around 25 minutes to go down. The gym works well, and the pool is fine(green water) although maintenance could be improved.

My stay with naibnb was awesome i love the facilities there and the comfortable place to stay in for 5 days 4 nights. Go

Pros: The view was awesome and the place that we booked was very clean especially the toilet. The staffs there was so friendly and also the guards ensure safety for people who stays there.

Cons: The property is property overall but the lift are too slow especially during the check in and check out time. The toilet door in 42-09 is jammed during our first day of stay but have already informed your concierge. My dad was stuck inside for a few minutes but managed to open by himself by jiggling the door lock.

Pros: Comfortable place to stay. Drainage for the shower is not great but can be improved. Central, very near TRX and Bukit Bintang area. Pastry shop next to stay are tasty.

Cons: Drainage for the washrooms need tending to.

High quality accommodation

Pros: The unit is new, clean, well designed and fully equipped. The quality of consumables, i.e. toilet paper, slippers and dishes are very high compared to other accommodation.

Cons: The lift in the building is not user friendly.

Cons: -The sewer smells very strong -minor stain on the bed blanket -bathroom need more hanger to hold the clothes, only two hangers. And also no places to put our toiletries in the shower room. Suggest to install shower rack in there.
