Great stay near KLCC

Pros: Our host Abu Bakar was very responsive on WhatsApp and solved all of our problems promptly. Comfortable apartment big enough for parents with 2 young kids. Comfortable beds.

Cons: We had to take 2 lifts to get to the apartment which is in a second building further from KLCC so the journey was longer than expected. All amenities were not initially provided but they fixed this when requested promptly.

Great location and facilities

Pros: Staff, location and facilities! Communication was excellent starting with Shorif and then taken over by Faisal. Faisal met us at the agreed time and check in and check out went smoothly. Clear instructions were provided for all facilities. Cash payments and deposit payment were all handled well as per instructions Loved the rooftop pool and my husband enjoyed the gym. Thank you Faisal for helping with luggage storage after check out until our flight time. Will stay again.

Pros: Great location and large apartment with full kitchen

Cons: Little worn but for price and location you overlook this - checking in a bit messy and weird that they take $200rm dep and hand back cash day leaving as you end up leaving country with money you don’t require

Comfortable stay, exactly as described

Pros: The apartment was exactly as described in the listing — clean, spacious, and well equipped. I received an apartment on a higher floor, which offered a nice view and a quiet atmosphere. Check-in was smooth: someone was waiting at reception, provided the access card, and explained everything clearly. A cash deposit is required on arrival and was fully returned at check-out without any issues. Bottled water was provided every day, which was appreciated. Overall, a comfortable stay and a very good option for accommodation in Kuala Lumpur. I would gladly stay here again.
