Pros: It was hard to find exact building as maps takes you round the other buildings and then whatsapp the person to meet us.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is excellently located, right next to several shopping malls and the famous Petronas Towers. It is very well equipped, offering great facilities such as a modern gym, two pool decks, a game room, and more. We also really liked our room.

Cons: However, there were a few drawbacks: the room had a noticeable smell of smoke, likely from a previous guest; the bathroom faucet was loose; and the kettle was still filled with water when we arrived. The check-in process also felt somewhat indifferent and not very welcoming. Despite these points, the hotel is still highly recommended overall, and we would gladly come again.

Brilliant building with lovely facilities close to mall and towers.

Pros: We really loved this apartment. Nice views, well appointed and a huge comfortable bed and good bathroom. We were on the 26th floor and enjoyed viewing the city life. The rooftop pool is fabulous with the best views of the Patronas towers. Other pool looked great also. We were very late to arrive to check in due to transport issues as we’d travelled from Thailand. I kept in touch with the agent and Faisal was there to greet us after midnight with the key. We appreciate that so much, Thankyou.

Cons: Only improvement would be to add a hand towel for the bathroom. Also a tea towel for the kitchen. Then it’s perfect.

Great stay

Pros: Everything- the apartment was in a great location and had views of the Petronas Towers. The rooftop pool offered incredible views and the larger pool on the 6th floor was great if you wanted to escape the sun a bit.

Pros: very nice person in charge.. quick to respond to messages.. clean and comfortable room.. all the equipment is enough..

Pros: The apartment is beautiful! It's spacious and excellently located. The pools are busy but the view is worth it!

Cons: This is more like an Airbnb rental - not actually booked through the residence so staff there can't help with anything. One towel for two guests. Not pool towels. It's an empty apartment. No hand soap. Lots of little things you expect to be provided weren't. The towels was really annoying because we have to drip dry by the pool and share a towel to shower. Would give this 10/10 with a few more homely touches like enough towels and maybe a bottle of water in the fridge.

Comfortable Air Bnb style accomm

Pros: This is more like an Air BnB in a residential apartment. Not a hotel. Some difficulty checking in as we relied on wifi to use WhatsApp. Very quiet place, comfy bed, good aircon. Washing machine was very helpful.

Cons: More like an Air Bnb (we thought we were staying in a hotel), no tea/coffee/basics. Check in was not as smooth.

Will definetly come back, I already miss that appartment

Pros: Location! Swimming rooftop pool at 56th floor with amazing view on Petronas! You are leaving in a splendid highrise! Amazing experience. Another big pool at 6 floor, shared with other Stars Suites buildings

Cons: No bar/cafe in a building

Pros: Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, perfekt, um vor der Abreise gleich noch einmal eine Ladung Wäsche zu waschen. Sehr gute Lage. Die beiden Pools sind natürlich perfekt, um sich nach einer anstrengenden Sightseeing Tour abzukühlen. Kommunikation für die Schlüsselübergabe lief via Whatsapp.
