Fantastic location and a luxury stay.

Pros: Fantastic location, ideal to see the city. Astounding view of the Petronas Towers when we arrived during the evening.

Cons: Air-conditioning is a bit difficult to control, and a kitchen tea towel and cleaning equipment would’ve been nice.

Convenient oasis in the middle of KL.

Pros: Spacious, beautiful view, very clean and comfortable, nice and cool when we arrived - individual aircon in every room. Easy/nice breakfast and small shopping mart nearby. Close to Bukit Bintang. Hosts very responsive, polite and helpful, we were met at the apartments and helped with our bags to the room. Convenient having laundry facilities and pickup/dropoff within front of tower for Grab/taxi. Perfect for our extended family- parents, 2 teenage kids and 1 nanna.

Cons: Very minor things. The two single beds (one a trundle on the floor) were in the tiniest room with no windows, but the teenagers were fine with it. Pillows were very high so not all of us slept comfortably. There was cutlery and plates/cups for four only (we were 5 and place sleeps 6) - no glasses, only wine glasses. But we hardly ate in the room so it didn’t matter. No full length mirror. Toiletries supplied were only body wash in each shower and one shampoo dispenser in the main shower only. But I had my own shampoo and conditioner so we all used that. There was hand soap for all three toilets.

Excellent place in the heart of KL

Pros: Excellent location with view of the Twin Towers. Host Nasir was very friendly and supportive. Highly secure property.

Pros: Rooms true to photos. Big cosy clean…. Rooms were comfortable. Love the views so much. Easy communication with host and Nasir who met us at lobby to pass us the key cards and showing us mini orientation in the unit. My son loves the bathtub while the parents love spending time at balcony. Will be back soon.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. But if the shower head can be replaced with a new one with stronger pressure, will be perfect :)

3 bedrooms apartment at St Mary's residences

Pros: Like the tight security, friendly staff, magnificent view of twin towers right in front of living room & bedrooms. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower rooms was very good. Is a beautiful place to stay with many amenities in the apartment including a washing machine & a separate dryer. Checking in was well guided. Checking out was easy.

Cons: The air con in the living room did not seem to blow out sufficient cool air. Is a pity there are only 2 shower rooms.

Pros: The view is fantastic, beds are comfortable with great amenities. Location is fantastic. Support from host is excellent.

A excellent place to stay to allow us to have a great time at the MotoGP

Pros: Nasir was there to meet us with the keys which was comforting, even though we were later than expected. The apartment was fantastic and the facilities were great with a well equipped gym and excellent pool area. The location allowed us to explore KL ‘on foot’ with the best restaurants, bars and nightlife close by. Taxis to and from the MotoGP had no problem accessing the property. We were grateful to be able to have a very late checkout to enable a base on our last day before flying home.

Cons: There were a few little things that we communicated to Nasir, and were successfully addressed in good time. So no issues. So there was not much to dislike

Pros: Very good condo with all facilities. Thanks to Nasir for taking care of all our needs.

Large spacious apartment in excellent location.

Pros: Very big apartment. Great for a family with two adults and 2-3 kids or up to 6 adults. Great pool and play area for kids. Walking distance to the towers, bars, Bukit.Bintang, the Pavillion. 150 meters to the monorail. You don’t need to use grab you can walk or monorail everywhere. You can even monorail to KL sentral station and then train to Penang or to the airport. Lots of cafes on the ground floor and street food each weekday morning on the street for breakfast.

Cons: A little bit run down in the living area. Furniture might need updating but we weren’t in the apartment that much so it didn’t matter.
