Good location for shopping and restaurants, will come back again.

Pros: Big sized soundproofed room and luxurious ensuite with washing machine and dryer

Cons: The shower rose water temperature was inconsistent, which annoyed us.

It is a great place to use a base from which to explore KL.

Pros: The location was wonderful - easy access to Pavilion Mall and the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very responsive over WhatsApp, and communication/requests were easily dealt with.

Cons: Having reception on the 16th floor and needing someone to come collect/escort you from the first floor seemed a tad troublesome. We would also have appreciated if the property had notified us of the painting works at the pool which affected the use of the same and the non-working washing machine in our room (which we specifically booked the room for). The wifi coverage was not exactly great in the gym either.

Very satisfying experience with this property.

Pros: Very strategic location , the closest location to Pavillion Mall with one linked bridge which you don’t even have to walk out of the building. Very safe for single traveller. It’s very clean and you have all the amenities you need in the room. The checking in and out process is very fast and easy. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend to my friends and repeat my stay there.

Pros: Everything! 2nd time here and they definitely didn’t disappoint from Location, the room itself and the staffs. Will comeback again!

Pros: Great staff. Washing machine in the room was out of service , but they offered to wash the clothes. Location is very good , especially when you have business in combination with vacation planned. Hotel is very close to the convention Center so I could walk in 5- 6 min for the convention Easy access to shopping, you could walk straight into the mall through the skybridge

Cons: The kitchen was nice , you had a stove but no pots , pens or soap to wash the dishes , but overall a nice kitchen and a great bathroom and daily roomcleaning

Pros: Everything but especially the staff. They waited for me eventhough i arrived late during midnight and responds quickly to any requests. Can be easily contacted through whatsapp

Cons: I wish there is pots and pans in the room, because there is an induction cooker. But without pots and pans, you still cant cook. But everything else is perfect.

Cons: Kitchen was over there, but Kitchen Amenities was not present.

Pros: Everything especially the cleanliness, the friendly staffs & location. Location: just next to Pavilion (which a bridge linking to it) Staff: very accommodating. You can reach them via whatsapp 24hrs and they always reply fast. Clean: they clean our room everyday
