A good and safe stay overall.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious with nice beddings and bathrooms. Enough wardrobe and storage space for everyone. Facilities in the apartment were satisfactory. Comms with owner was easy with good/reasonable response time. Very good security. Checking in and out were smooth. Overall a good stay.

Cons: The toilet paper was cheap quality and could be better. They were used up fairly quickly and had to request for more of them every alternate day. Also wasn’t informed that we needed to be in the apartment when it is being serviced. So was disappointed on second day when we returned late to find the apartment unserviced and had to be around when we requested room servicing on the third day.

Pros: Amazing location and easy walking distance to the towers and metro. Large apartment with brilliant shower, comfy bed and so nice to have laundry in-unit! Host was always prompt with information and great check in. Great house keeping and great luggage storage options.

Perfect apartment for exploring KL!

Pros: Super spacious and modern apartment in the heart of KLCC. Very well equipped and great to have a pool too. We loved our stay here as it was a perfect base for exploring KL as first timers. Great check in and check out process and Alma was very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp.

Cons: Only minor comments but the pool was actually a bit cold for us and the AC kept turning off in the middle of the night. The sink in the bathroom leaked a bit.

Pros: Surprisingly spacious, high ceiling and clean. Walking distance to the twin tower, staff are very responsive and helpful. I requested one extra blanket, they just delivered to me immediately without any charges, excellent service felt like a 5 star hotel, room cleaning service is also complementary!

Pros: Spacious nice apartment but could do with a clean on the floors and skirting boards. Easy walking distance to public transport.

Cons: We couldn't get an extra key, one is not enough. The towels are thread bare and stained and I like to have a separate pool towel. Hand towels are also needed.

Pros: The room is big and spacious.Each of this area is super clean.The KLCC is within walking distance only.The interior design is looking good. Overall, everything is perfect.

Excellent location, fantastic host

Pros: Excellent location, just a short distance from the Petronas Towers. The property was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. I was particularly impressed by the host’s professionalism and attention to detail. They even arranged an airport transfer at a very reasonable rate. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Amazing stay, highly recommended!

Pros: We had an amazing time here! The apartment was super clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were great, but what really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly responsive and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city and super close to the Petronas Towers. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting KL and would definitely stay here again!
