Great place with a view

Pros: Great location, amazing building with excellent facilities. View of the room was wonderful!

Cons: Apartment should have at least shower gel and the cleanliness should be improved: there was spots on the bed linen. The deposit situation where the only ATM available charges 5€!!! Per withdrawal

Good stay at good location

Pros: Spacious room,good view, swimming pool and location

Cons: Saw few friendly cockroaches in the kitchen area and bathroom, there was no working desk and the room itself looked different from pictures provided by booking. After all we enjoyed our stay. Location was good. Swimming pool was good too. Also windows was a bit dirty from outside and it spoiled only a bit the perfect vew..

Great Location to explore KL city, has everything you need for a short stay

Pros: Great location to explore KL, room had a full kitchen which might be a bit of an overdo but spacious and comfy beds. Great air conditioning

Cons: Shower didn’t have a shower curtain so bathroom would get a bit flooded

Little small things to improve

Pros: Beautiful view. In general amazing room. Bed comfy and sheets soft. Thank you for beautiful stay

Cons: Only 2 minuses found: shower head is spraying water everythere (way more than its suppose to do) and after 2 min shower you have water everythere all around washroom floor and etc. Need some small care or maitainance and I think its small easy job- doesnt look too complicated. Other thing- it looks like room need some deep cleaning. It was clean in general from the first look, but in reality you could see some stains on furniture and soft things near the windows.

Good stay, but not the room I reserved

Pros: The hotel is nice, great view, rooftop pool, and the room was comfortable.

Cons: I booked an Executive Suite but received a Superior King Suite. I was told they are the same except for the interior, but the interior matters to me, and the Executive Suite was more expensive at the time of booking. I arrived late and was tired, so I accepted it, but this should not happen.

Lovely place to stay in KL

Pros: Large beds, very clean and good sized room. Large en-suite, and good kitchenette area. Incredible views from the viewing floor!

Cons: Not a negative! We had an issue with our air-con on the first night and it was fixed the next morning. Super attentive maintenance man!

Pros: Fajny basen na dachu, wygodne łóżka, czysta łazienka, blisko pieszo do centrum

Cons: wieczorem pojawiają się kolejki do wind i trzeba długo czekać na windę

Pros: Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar. Vom Pool und der Bar hatte man eine herrliche Aussicht über die Stadt.

Cons: Der Lift hat manchmal lange gebraucht und das Gym war spartanisch eingerichtet.
