Ceylonz Suites KL Studio near Bukit Bintang - Living Signature

Pros: There was everything at the house, including a nice kitchen and housewares. Also, the infinity pool was so nice.

Cons: The host didn't give us enough information so we didn't know our room password or anything, until we call and ask him directly. Also, we didn't know that there was a control switch for everything at the house seperately, so even though there was a washing machine at our room, we couldn't use it (as we discovered these switches at our last day by ourselves).

Pros: Great sized room, easy check in/ check out process, hotel had good facilities with pool, gym and great view, bathroom and kitchen in the room were very modern

Cons: Lifts were temperamental and often went past your floor even if you’d called the lift- causing 5+ minute waits on occasions. Bed was quite small with memory foam mattress so got quite warm. Location was okay, had to walk around 10-20 minutes to get to things but was central to all and had a few nice restaurants around

Pros: I like the location..near to Bukit Bintang and Pavillion. The view was OK. The room was clean.

Cons: 1. I was changed to other unit in the last minute which is during the check in. I was not informed earlier. The check in was not very smooth. 2. I was disturbed by the cleaner at 10.30am asking when I am going to check out. It was uncomfortable.

Pros: Everything was fine. All issues solved quickly. The pool and the gym is a huge bonus.

Pros: Nice room, nice view, friendly staff, great pool and gym. Good location.

Cons: The only thing I can complain about is the waiting time for elevator. For this number of floors there are only four and you need to always wait. Besides this everything is very good.

Great stay

Pros: I loved the spaciousness of the apartment, washing machine, bed and snook by the window. There is a shop on the ground floor which sells everything at a reasonable price. The Petronas Twins is around a 15 min walk from apartment. The sky pool is amazing with great views of the KL Tower.. host is very responsive by whatsapp. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Cons: I would the shower leaver needs a good scrub.

Pros: Washing machine was available for use, appliances worked.

Pros: Uns haben am besten die Lage und der Sky Pool gefallen. Toll war auch, dass es in der Lobby einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt.
