Good Stay & Friendly Incharge person

Pros: Quite and Spacious. Level 2 connected to Quill Mall makes it easy for food and shopping. The person in charge was friendly (Mr Kamrul).

Cons: The parking was flooded lightly. Felt like no air ventilation in parking area. This has nothing to do with the room, I think the residence's management should do something about air ventilation and flood in parking area.

A great stay

Pros: The property is located in the city, a strategic place. It is kept clean.

Cons: It is time to get the pillows changed. The pillows are lumpy and worn. Everything is fine except the pillows.

Pros: It's really convenient to include car park into the booking. There are many store below the resident. The unit is so cozy

Cons: Maybe can include basic toiletteries and extra towel as I state 2 adult but there only one towel overall is nice

Excellent place to stay

Pros: The location of the place is excellent. Most of the things were within walking distance. The swimming pool and gym were great. There is a mall entrance from the building as well. The beds were super comfortable and the host was responsive and helpful.

Cons: We saw a few roaches in the apartment. That's the only thing that put us off a bit. Other than that everything was amazing

Pros: Good sized apartment directly connected to Quill city mall and monorail.

Cons: Shower water pressure not great and the kitchenware hadn't been washed properly but overall ok. I would stay there again.

Pros: 地点很好走几步就到quill citymall 和捷运站，停车位很多。重点是住宿很干净很舒服，床也很大，隔音也好。有洗衣机也可以煮东西，总结来说房间是满分💯的。

Cons: 不满意的是客服回消息很慢，语言不通（马来英文他都不怎么会），突然跟我们说房间满了要加钱换大房（可是大房确实比较舒服）对于budget有限的旅客不友好。房间风景也没有很好（我不介意）

Pros: Location is very good , suite is Wonderful with Good view from balcony , easy access to mall and metro Pool side is very relaxing and gym too

Cons: I asked my property manager to keep my luggage for 3 days he asked me for extra charges , as i was leaving for genting highlands and planning to stay there after coming back but he asked me for extra charges or told me to check other sides so not going back after I'm coming back from genting highlands
