Pros: The place was very nice, suitable for a retreat, I really liked how clean and comfy the room was, and the location that was near the metro station.

Pros: I like the pool is nice my family enjoy it I booking again if they give discounts 🤠🤠🤠

Cons: For family this the pano is really comfortable

Generally quite a pleasent stay.

Pros: Instructions given to navigate around were clear. The unit is well decorated and cozy. The facing of the unit is great.

Cons: I have arrived KL earlier than the chek-in time, and asked the host via whatsapp if I could check in slightly earlier than 3pm for a few times, I recevied no response at all from the host. The extra pillows and blanket in the cupboard do not look hygeine.

Excellent stay with great service

Pros: I had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host/staff were very friendly and helpful, making the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, and everything provided made me feel at home. Would definitely recommend and come back again

Comfortable and peaceful

Pros: The prompt response from the staff and unit was furnished adequately.

Cons: It would be better to have detachable shower rather than just fixed shower head.

Pros: The interior design is so nice, elegant and modern. The washing machine and dryer both works perfectly and they provided detergent (Walch) just in case. Electric sockets are plenty and there was Netflix + wifi for us to enjoy our night! The view of course is so so nice (big glass window). Check in staff is so friendly too.

Cons: Not that i don’t like. Maybe just some minor improvements, i think air cond need service (not hot but not super cold either). Also sometimes hope ws can be replied instantly because sometimes need answers immediately.

Pros: Easy self check in process, the swimming pool & gym were so beautiful, got nice KLCC view from our unit & all equipments provided were functioning well such as their kettle & washer & dryer.

Cons: The lifts location were abit confusing but once youre get a hang of it you’ll be fine.
