Pros: Infinity pool, gym, value for price, good communication via whatsapp when we had problems with laundry machine.

Cons: Wifi is very bad, laundry machine is not the best

Pros: The pool view is amazing but the water is very cold. The room was nice and quiet. It's next to a shopping mall. Also, you can get to the metro only walking around 10 minutes. It is easy to reach the city center and Batu caves by metro.

Cons: Bed linens and pillow cases could be cleaner.

Pros: Staff were lovely! Overall a lovely stay at an amazing hotel!

Pros: The room was spacious and well-equipped, including a washing machine, kettle, fridge, and iron, which made our stay very convenient. We also enjoyed a stunning view from the room, which was definitely a highlight. The pool is open but can get very crowded at times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though cleanliness could be improved with a bit more attention to detail.

I would recommend this place is closest to the city and walking distance to the twin towers.

Pros: Place is nice and has a beautiful view which in the swimming pool view I like it.

Cons: Bathroom has smell odour sometimes but we managed the smell cone and goes.

AMAZING

Pros: the apartment is really comfortable and has many comforts included. the pool is really sensational. the guy at the reception Hassan is really a kind person who knows how to listen to the customer's needs. I recommend it for those who work and want to relax. here you can have the privacy you need.

Cons: the kitchen and breakfast need to be reviewed, they can be improved but they are services that the structure offers and not the apartment that has everything to be able to stay independently. also an adapter should be provided to be able to charge with the European plug. there is also no one to accompany you to the room but with working elevators everything becomes easier.

Pros: Brilliant facilities including a wash/dryer in the room. Bed was super comfy and studio apartment was very big! Amazing views from gym and pool

Pros: The colony & The Luxe is great value for money, had no complaints the room and balcony were both great however the only concern was that the pool wasn’t open, other than that I’d highly recommend if you’re visiting Kuala Lumpur.
