Amazing stay with exceptional service

Pros: I recently stayed at The Luxe Suites KLCC by Cozy Stay in Kuala Lumpur, and it was a fantastic experience! The studio room was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the Twin Towers and the city center – truly one of the highlights of our stay. What made our visit even better was the outstanding service from Ali. He went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we needed to extend our booking. His friendly and professional demeanor made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur – not only for its great location and comfortable rooms but also for the top-notch service provided by Ali and the rest of the staff.

Good stay

Pros: The room is just nice and comfortable for two of us. We carry backpacks so not much of a hustle to climb the stairs. There are many restaurants and marts nearby so it is easy to find food. They are just walking distance. The city view from the balcony also beautiful. We didn't got the chance to see the facilities so no comment on that.

Cons: I dont like the parking rate. It is very expensive.

I love my stay so much. I will repeat it again

Pros: I arrived 2 hours early, and the keeper was kind to come and hand over the keys prior to finishing the room cleaning service.

Cons: The elevator wait time sometimes was long and odor in corridors. This was okay as two grocers were in the building, a saver.

Pros: Clean and comfortable to stay.. I love the view at the skypool..

Pros: Very clean and good and quiet . The good hotel to come

Would 1000% recommend, especially for couples or backpackers who want to take a break from hostels

Pros: All about the apartment (which we got upgraded for free). Owner very nice.
