CL24A 5-6pax KLCC Sky Pool Condo

A wonderful oasis apartment contained within a smudgy short term serviced rental condo

Pros: A tastefully decorated, wonderful and clean apartment, thankfully isolated from a smudgy looking condominium at times in all public areas. A great balcony with excellent views to the north. It comes with all personal and household cleaning consumables provided. Excellent location to the adjacent Quill mall and LRT infrastructure, taking you into the central heart of KL and connecting MRT lines. All within 2 and up to 5 short LRT stops there are various malls and plazas and a plethora of entertainment options. Equally, a short 18 minute passage takes you to the KL central station and onward KLIA link to the airport T1/T2. Nice and attentive owner. I score the owner's apartment a 9.5 out of 10. Sadly the condominium scores a 5 out of 10, and it demands improved cleaning and pest control routines. So, would I recommend this apartment? The answer is a clear yes, but limiting it to its own space within the confines of the condominium and its excellent central location.

Cons: The apartment feels like an oasis contained within a short term rental condo that is too utilised giving it a congested feeling and certainly not clean in its public areas. It is a coming and going of short term renters and apartment corridors are never cleaned on a daily basis. A complete letdown is the 35th floor infinity pool, that looks beautiful at night in full color-glory. The pool is heavily stained, greasy tiles at water edge along the pool, and riddled with hair, decomposed pampers and other particles when using your goggles. A particles laksa soup, not to be underestimated and totally unhygienic and unacceptable. You cannot even see clearly the white filter at the shallow bottom of the pool due to the slight murkiness of the water. 3rd party Maintenance staff enter your property to change out switches without notification. This is a no-go situation if you happen to be away and not knowing it ever took place. A disrespectful breach of rental privacy. I am sure this was not a first. Some of the elevators still contain the pealed/torn wooden and plastic plasterboards to protect the interior giving it a shabby look. You frequently need patience to catch an elevator due to congestion at times.

Pros: L'emplacement . On est à proximité de tout. la propreté de l'appartement, lave linge et sèche linge (hyper pratique lorsqu'on voyage en famille) La piscine. La gym La vue depuis l'appartement (balcon) La vue depuis le roof top. L\

Cons: L'endroit où on se change avant d'utiliser la piscine n'est pas propre ,ça sent l'urine. L'attente pour l'assenseur (parfois c'est trop long)

Pros: Situation géographique et communication avec l'hôte.

Pros: Love how the host can design the small area to fit in 5 people. Very comfortable stay
