Regalia BestFriend Hostel

Pros: 10/10 outstanding staff and manager service is incredible

Pros: It was the first time I stayed in a hostel and my say it was value for the money I paid. The view from the rooms were fantastic. It was a maybe 4km away from central but it was nice. Also have infinity pool, normal pool, 2 shops, gym, laundromat, restaurant. Was also one block away from a mall that had many restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: The infinity pool was amazing, and there's a great restaurant at the top of block A, when I went and it was quieter I could sit by the window with the view no problem, a different time some woman was there and said I have to spend about what equals to 70 euro if I wanted to sit there and as a solo budget traveller that obviously was not going to happen. Other good stuff was the shops on the 4th floor, there's a gym although it's very basic but it gets the job done and creativity goes a long way, the rest of the staff were lovely, the room was comfortable the apartment had a balcony and a nice big sitting room also with a tv.. there's washers on site. There's also a restaurant downstairs and everything was very nice aesthetic. There was an aircon in the room There was also a fridge and other amenities in the kitchen

Cons: I was provided one towel for the week and at no point did I get a fresh one. There's no signal in elevators. Liike previously mentioned, the lady in the restaurant was a little rude in my opinion and the gym is basic I was on the 29th floor, The stairs to go downstairs are non existent and it's just a creepy fire escape, where the 4th floor was supposed to be was covered in concrete with no door after going the whole way down, I found a roundabout way to leave and walk down through the 5th floor. The shops on site were a little pricy, it was cheaper to go to the supermarket in the plaza. Sometimes there was some bugs on the floor but just one or two

Good value for money and nice facilities

Pros: Very good residence with 2 swimming pools and a gym. The check-in and check-out is well organised and ths cleaning staff is very kind. Excellent value for money in Kuala Lumpur.

Cons: The AC is the dorm didn’t work properly, it was very hot at night so sleep not well. If the dormitory is on a very high floor, you have to wait a long time for the elevator…

Pros: Location is the best and facilities is top-notch.. rooftop pool best of all . Staff very friendly and supportive..Highly recommended no second thoughts.. Thank you for your Hospitality..I will vist you again ..

Pros: The environment was very friendly, and i think this is the best hostel in the whole regalia. The staff and the management are very polite and caring. Highly recommend

Cons: My personal opinion for best friend hostel in Regalia residence Jalan Sultan Ismail Kuala Lumpur Malaysia is the best one. If anyone wants to stay in Kuala Lumpur so most welcome 🤗.

Pros: The caretaker of Best Friend hostel name Naeem is very good person, very hospitable and did his best to make us feel like home As well as the bed was very clean, room was very good with a beautiful skyscraper view

Pros: I really liked the location of the property — it’s just 200 meters from the Putra Metro Station, making it extremely convenient to hop on and off the train. There’s also a Bila Bila Supermarket at level 4, offering almost everything you’d need to eat, drink, and stock up during your stay.
