Great, convenient, good facilities and responsive staff.

Pros: Location was excellent, with an easy link over to the train station. Staff were really responsive to any queries and in dealing with the check in. Sleeping arrangements were better than we anticipated from the booking description. Views were incredible.

Cons: One key card was difficult to manage with a group of five, particularly as you need the card to use the lift. A second card really is needed for a group of that size. Minor issue - hand towels weren't provided, but if we'd have asked they may well have been provided.

Pros: Clean, prime location, amazing staff support/ customer services

Pros: Location is strategic, there is a covered link bridge to Bangsar LRT station that can get us anywhere of the public transport network. Room is spacious. Though it's 2-bedroom, there is another queen size mattress at the loft and another single bed. Can fit us 5pax comfortably. Cooking utensils are complete. Wifi connection is fair. Water pressure and hot shower work perfectly. Towels are provided sufficiently. Check in process was a breeze. Before checking in Ms Farzana started to communicate with me on the check in process. After registering at the concierge, En Samsul already waiting at the lobby to handover the keycard. Refund process was also a breeze. Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely will consider if we were to stay at Bangsar area again.

Pros: Convenient location, close to train. Washer, dryer in unit, gym and pool on premises.

Cons: Given location, could hear road and rail traffic even with balcony doors closed.

Pros: Things that matter when I travel: Cleanliness- the place was immaculate Water pressure/ hot water- such a joy to hit a shower and it works perfectly A well laid out bathroom that doesn't get wet. Clean towels/ sheets This property is tucked away in Brickfields but walkable via a covered walkway to Bangsar LRT. There is parking. It costs RM20 a day with multiple entry. Security is great. You need a key card to get to the lifts and a passcode to get in. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped. There is a hot and cold water dispenser, pots and pans and a supply of plates, cooking utensils and cutlery and knives. I was able to cook a simple pasta meal for myself, cut fruit etc with no issue. The pricing is very reasonable. This really is a great place to stay with a birds' eye view of Brickfields and the city. I sat on that balcony for hours just watching life happen. Will come back for sure and maybe check out the gym and pool next time.

Cons: If you are movement impaired/ knee or back issues you might have an issue with the stairs that lead to the upstairs bedroom. They are kind of steep.

Pros: Easy access from by car. Near to LRT Bank Rakyat Bangsar connected with link bridge. Smooth and easy check in procedure. Accomodative, warm and welcoming staff, Mr. Samsul and Ms. Farzana. Fast wifi in the room. Comfortable room, comfy beds.

Cons: Drinks were chargeable. Propose to have free mineral bottle drinks tk guess.

Very pleasant

Pros: Room was clean and tidy, facilities were excellent and close proximity to transport

Cons: Only criticism is the loft bed and access via steep stairs and lack of headspace, probably not suitable for the elderly
