Great location in a new condo.
Pros: It’s very new and the apartment is clean. The host was very helpful and flexible.
Cons: If you are a light sleeper, best to bring earplugs as there is a mosque near by. This is out of the control of the host.

A great option to stay in KL - luxury complex
Pros: The apartment is spacy and nice, very clean and in an excellent building (with sky terraces, a pool, a gym, etc.) The host is super-nice, they respond immediatly to requests and are ready to help with every need. The location is great for exploring KL if you don't want to stay in Chinatown. There is also a closeby mall with everything you may need.
Cons: As most places in Malaysia, it has some issues with humidity, which is why some bigger/better towels would have been nice. We dried ourselves up with some small-ish ones and they never fully dried up for the following needs. Also, the bed is comfortable but a set of sheets would be nice. We were only provided with two pile covers which you may not like directly on your skin, also they are quite small and it's impossible to cover fully your body with them.

Pros: Swimming pool and sauna, beautiful view for city skysrapers from room window and top floor sky deck. All necessary room equipment provided including washing machine.
Cons: One drawback - muezzin calls for prayers at dawn every day and you can hear it easily with windows closed.

Value for money.
Pros: Strategically located. Easy access to public transport ie e hailing and bus service, just 5-7 minutes walk to IKEA Cheras. Excellent facilities including washing machine and microwave oven, swimming pool, rooftop garden with panoramic view of the KL city.

Nice apartment with lovely pool view
Pros: The apartment is on the 12th floor with a view of the pool 8th floor and the city as well as the Petronas Tower. The apartment is relatively large, fresh, and clean with fairly good furniture (comfy bed from IKEA) and good kitchen appliances (hob, microwave/oven, fridge with freezer box and washing machine. The TV has access to several streaming services for free (big plus). The location is quite good, with close to IKEA and big shopping mall (easy to get to) as well as close to the Metro yellow line (must cross a road) which takes you directly to the central parts of Kuala Lumpur.
Cons: The apartment and host are lovely and nice, but still some things to approve, such as how to manage deposit. Better information, for example, where to throw rubbish, etc. and some other small things. The location is good, but it is some complicated infrastructure. Grab is a good friend in this position.

Perfect if you are planning to hang out at MyTown.
Pros: Place was very clean. I chose this place because of its location which is very near to IKEA/Mytown. It only took us 5-7 min walk. We were able to use to pool until 10pm which was nice.
Cons: I wasn't sure how to use the television. I was not able to access netflix or the other app (don't remember the name but mostly had kdrama). In the end we decided with Youtube but there was no sound. We used all the remotes available but didn't know how to turn on the audio. Maybe could improve with instruction for electrical appliances like which remotes is for which.

Pros: Instructions was on point for collection of the keys in the mailbox. Decent location that is close to City centre. Pool deck with good view of the city skyline.
Cons: Not really the host's fault but there's a mosque nearby that plays the prayer every day on sun rise and sun set timings. Would inevitably be woken up by the prayers in the morning if you are not an early riser. Limited F&B options nearby that can be accessed by foot.
