Room is enough for 2 people and a great location

Pros: Host is helpful enough. Guided through how we should visit all the nearby places.. Thanks to him. Perfect location, room is large enough for two persons, comfy bed, secured room. Walk-in shower, has hot water. Infinity mall and sitting place on 37th floor, has a good view from there. Nearby attractions are some big malls, lot of food shops and carts at the place name Bukit Bintang and in front of Pavilion Mall.

Cons: Paid the amount in cash, withdrawn from 7/11 atm. They don’t take card if the amount is less than 1000 local bucks.

It was ok.

Pros: - location is perfect - host is really nice and tries so solve everything. He is accomodating and professional - staff is also nice, except for one security guard who was rude and had a lousy attitude - room is spacious and has all facilities available - view is nice

Cons: - the bedsheets smelt like they hadn’t been changed for a while. A musty smell. We arrived late and left early the next day, so we didn’t complain to the host, but it was a big disappointment - a really strong sewage smell in the bathroom. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The cleaning was mediocre. - There was a brown sponge (used to be yellow) in the kitchen. In general the property has a lot of potential to be great and 5 starts, but the lack of cleanliness makes it a disappointment. I really hope this improves. Also, a reception would be nice as well. The security guard that is sitting at the reception right now will only make people run away and does not reflect the values the owner seems to have.
