Splendid staycation

Pros: Excellent. The studio so pretty w spaces exactly like the pictures. Self check in/out is so easy. Hence, fast response from the owner/ staff & she/he is so kind to allow me to keep my luggages in another room as iI have to extend my stay.

Pros: very convenient. simply a walking distance to the shopping malls. clean. very privacy. perks, netflix + very cold air conditioner + the room is at level 38 & i can see the KL view. also, dustbin area is nearby

Cons: there’s no vacuum or broom to clean the room with. would recommend a thicker blanket.

Pros: We were given 2 apartments next door to each other. One was a studio while the other was a 2 bedroom apartment. Because of this, it was very spacious for a family of 4. Both apartments were clean, including the bathrooms. It had a luxurious but comfortable feel. The infinity pool view was awesome at night. The kids loved swimming in it. The location of the apartment is awesome! Close walk to the main strip of Bukit Bintang and close walk to lots of local Hawkers for food.We enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

Cons: There were no spare towels given for swimming. The basin tap in the bathroom of the 2 bedroom apartment needs replacing as it is very loose and on its last leg. The washing machine needs a good clean as we did one wash and some of our lighter clothes got stains from it. Washable floor mats for the bathrooms need to be provided rather than the floor mat that is there as the floor mat looks to be gathering mould and hasn't been replaced/washed.

Cons: No cups for toothbrush etc... No coffee provided nor a bottle of water

A great experience, worth your money to stay, near to the centre.

Pros: We had a pleasant stay starting from the check in process to check out. The host gave us detailed instruction, and we love the room view. Everything was great!

A great month's stay

Pros: Great location with impressive views. Good facilities such as gym, swimming pool and garden area. Jackie was helpful when contacted and as we were there for a month, he offered a free weekly clean of the apartment if required.

Cons: Lifts could be busy at times.

Pros: The room was perfect, it was very clean and the view was incredible! The rooftop pool was also lovely to experience. Check-in and check-out was easy. The location was excellent - it was very close to Jalan Alor. The queues for the elevators tend to be long but other than that everything was brilliant. 10/10 would recommend!
