Pros: The staff are extremely helpful, the room is clean, and the property is located not far from the Pavilion area.

Cons: There was some construction building across the room; it can be very noisy until the building is complete.

Pros: Convenient location. Great spacious and clean apartment. The check in and check out process were easy to follow. The support staff was helpful.

Pros: I love the location, the ease of collection and returning of room key as well as the cleanliness and facilities the unit has to offer. The only setback, the quality of the mattresses, pillows and conforter/blanket.

Pros: The room is spacious, the location is super central and it was easy to get to the major malls. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and stress-free. The apartment is clean and we felt comfortbale throughout the stay. We wish the blanket is bigger and thicker and maybe additional pillows made available.

Cons: Blankets too thin and more pillows. Pick-up and drop-off area downstairs is very busy and cars are not able to wait.

Pros: It’s easy to check in and staff is very prompt, helpful and friendly. Security is good as one needs the correct access card to go to the designated level via lift. The facilities are quite clean and there are security guards at the lobby, swimming pool area to ensure our safety.

Cons: It is a bit of a walk to Pavilion, especially if you are bringing elderly folks and young ones. But it’s still manageable with some planning and good footwear:) The shopping mall alone is Soo huge, hence that adds up to the aching feet at the end of the trip.

Pros: Clean and the interior very nice. The apartment provided microwave, washing machine & dryer and others very convenient.

Convenient stay for groups in KL

Pros: Easy check-in with good communication. The access for Grab to get to places was more convenient, as it was also to organise food delivery. The rooftop pool was a welcomed relief from the heat with the lifts operating at good speed. As we were there during off-peak, the pool was a serene enough space to relax in although the views can be blocked by nearby buildings still under construction. The washer, dryer, fridge, and microwave were well used. We needed to be mindful of ants, though, and had to use the rubbish shute daily to keep them at bay. When the toilet got blocked, service came by within 3 hours to repair.

Cons: The pool area could do with more shade to relax in for non-swimmers. The small kids' playground was also unshaded, which rendered it quite useless for most of the day. Would be good to provide some laundry powder and extra toilet rolls for stays >7 days with family groups. The main concern is the wet bathroom, which is a slip, trip, and falls hazard due to the shower recess not containing the water, and it spills out into the bathroom. We bought extra towels and mats to try to manage this, plus pointing the shower head towards the wall corner.

A nice and convenient place to stay.

Pros: No breakfast. Location is a short distance to the Pavilon.

Cons: One or two hand towels if provide would be perfect to keep the basin area clean.

Pros: A great place to stay, so very central and door staff happy to assist if a taxi required. MRT is (exitD Bukit Bintang) is within a few hundred yards and a easy walk
