Pros: I came for medical appointments. Location is next to train station. Very clean. The owner is a very nice person. The apartment is very nice. Loft style bedroom. Watch your head though. Security is second to none here and very professional. I will be back. Thankyou to the owner.

Cons: More places to hang towels would be good. But that is about all I can fault.

Pros: the property is very comfortable, a lot of privacy, secure and complete with amenities. Grab access is good and hassle free.

Pros: I got the 31st floor unit which happens to have a very nice sunrise view and good privacy too.

Cons: The only downside is that the shower’s water pressure is not strong.

Pros: Very spacious loft. The upkeeping of the apartment is surprisingly nice compared to other residence/condo i have stayed in. It is a nice touch to have laundry machine in the balcony with detergent provided as well. The common area on 9/F features a swimming pool and ither entertainment facilities which are great. I wish i had more time to make use of that. Great, central location in KL, close to train station with an overpass (no need to worry about being in the rain)

Cons: Not so much about the apartment itself but the building /neighborhood. Despite having 6 lifts in the building, all are accessible by every floor so it is not uncommon to find yourself stopping 5-6 times in each ride. Not a deal breaker but a bit annoying. Also the building does not have/is not close to any convenience stores or supermarkets so you need to cross to the other side of the train station to access those facilities in the Indian community.

amazing, would stay again

Pros: clean apartment. everything works well. detergent was provided for the washing machine. love that there is no deposit as i find it a hassle. straight forward and easy check-in. did not check the pool or gym and also did not use the television so can’t comment on those things. i extended another day and someone helped to pick up cash payment as i was having trouble with transferring online. love that they had a tap for purified water :)

Cons: would be great if a scissors is provided in the pantry

Pros: The Establishment Bangsar, or EST, is a fantastic hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with great city views. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool and gym, and the food is delicious. Its location in Bangsar is perfect for exploring the city. Overall, EST offers a stylish and enjoyable stay.
