Pros: very comfortable, very safe place, ready to have a swimming pool, even the children won't get bored,

Cons: I think I will repeat here again, the owner was also very helpful for us who checked in here for the first time.

Pros: Is quite easy overall, private lift to your own suite help interm of the traffic

Cons: The parking a bit narrow, and need go through 2 lift

Pros: The place is comfortable and have a good view at night

Cons: The sink a bit broken and there's a minor leak from it. I also hope they provide a broom. and lastly there's a few tiny roaches at the sink area.

Great value, stylish space, and an overall wonderful experience

Pros: I loved my stay at Art+ in Ampang. The apartment was exactly as advertised - tastefully decorated, spacious, and genuinely felt like a home away from home. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the on-site pool was a lovely bonus. Communication with the hosts/managing company was smooth and easy, and both check-in and check-out went well. Check-in can feel a little complicated at first, but as long as you read the manual properly, it’s straightforward.

Cons: Not really a dislike, but just something to be aware of - the property is a bit outside of the city centre. I knew this before booking, so it wasn’t an issue for me, but other travellers might want to keep it in mind. Overall, though, it’s an excellent stay and great value for money.

Pros: Strategic location with very nice view of KL. Neat house, overall, very satisfied however host need to replace the TV as the existing TV sound was very poor. Great experience.

Cons: The TV sound was spoiled.

Pros: I love the vibes of the suites. I enjoyed my 4 nights stay to the fullest!

Cons: It's a bit confusing for me to find the place to throw my rubbish. Maybe it would be nice if you provide the laundry detergent as well.

Pros: I am very satisfied with the house I stayed in... The house is neat, comfortable for us as a family, the area is close to various facilities and most importantly the service provided is excellent and good. Highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable place to stay at an affordable price in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

It's a very comfortable stay!

Pros: I've stayed from August 4th until 6th. The check-in instructions are confusing at first but it's easy when you figure it out. It's very comfortable, provided everything we need. There's grocery store closeby that you could go by just walking. The customer service is very nice and attentive too! Overall, I'm happy with my stay and enjoyed my relaxing time with friends. Thank you very much!

Pros: The apartment was well equipped with all the necessary amenities, a kitchen with a washing machine and dryer, two sleeping rooms with double beds, and each with its own bathroom.

Cons: There is pleace for improvement however in overall for few days stay in good enough.
