Pros: Comfortable, easy c/i &c/o, 1 unit entitled 1 parking lot. Supermarkets nearby, plenty of street foods around that area.Its been almost 2 years with arte plus. 👍

Unique design with excellent service
Pros: The house is comfortable and clean, nice window lights, bright and comfy, well equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, fridge, knife, basic kitchen utensils. Had a washing machine with dryer, 2 bathrooms with shower gels, swimming pool, gym, and common area with unique & beautiful design. Had private lift direct to each own unit, nice privacy. Customer service was very responsive, get to reply to our questions, we discovered the fridge was broken on the day we checked in, got it replaced by the next day
Cons: Our assigned parking was at level b4, the parking ramp was quite narrow. The parking basement was leaking water on another day and happen to stain our car. Occasionally found several tissue paper dropping from above & within the swimming pool as the pool was surrounded by units on 3 sides, may take note before going down the pool. Other than all good, nice area with good food, common area with unique design and spacious space to lepak. Bed is a bit soft, may take note for elderly travellers that have back pain to prepare. (Note: image with water is known as the lazy river spa, it's so pretty! Need house owner to book in order to use this spa & sauna area)

Pros: They do provide a very clear instruction with photos, the ac nice, super cold. The design in the room also pretty nice, everything comfy
Cons: The TV not smart enough, it only likes HDMI hahaha. But it can use Netflix la still not so bad. the bed fragrance abit too much for me. The rest nothing to complain.

Pros: The apartment is very clean and huge for 4 people. There is even an extra bedroom for us 😄 Bed is super comfy as well. Everything is provided in the unit - from iron to microwave and electrical stove. Just feel like home.
Cons: The wifi did not work the first day we arrive. Need to wait till the technician guy comes and fixed it.

Clean, well equipped, pleasant, good for short stays.
Pros: Clean, similar to the photos, well equipped. Nice view of KL. Instructions to getting to the unit was clear, kudos for that. Private lift was good, because it meant only a short walk to the door.
Cons: No coway/ cuckoo/ water filter. Microwave was not working, but CS was apologetic. Instructions to finding the waste room was slightly confusing but okay lah. My biggest concern was that the lift to parking/ground is overworked. There is only one lift and it took some time to use it as there are many people using it. Maybe need to have the lift checked or regularly checked.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable . High quality bedding ,bed & pillows in bedrooms. Complete cooking facilities & tableware provided in kitchen . Fridge , microwave, hotplate, Iron , hairdryer , ironing board all provided .love to stay here again when we are in KL
Cons: Would be nice to have phone charging cables & plugs
