Pros: Shihab is very responsibility staff. He responded all the reports and requirements asap during our staying.

Cons: Very disappointed about staff who worked at swimming pool. There was a light was lied at the bottom of the pool. It was completely unattached to the side wall of the pool.But we were not informed as we paid. Until we spend time at that area we were told by staff to avoid this area. This is very dangerous and unsafe for people stayed in the pool . When my grandson asked staff it is still safe to stay inside the pool. Staff said you still ok so far. This is very unresponsibilites answer for this situation and impolite. We had to stop our swimming time after paying only 30 minutes. We felt that staff tricked us as he know the pool situation but not informed as we paid. We recommend guesses should not use swimming pool event for FREE.

Pros: I like the location in the center where everything are accessible.

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The unit was very clean, spacious, and cozy – everything felt comfortable and well-prepared for guests. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breathtaking view from the room. I could clearly see KLCC, TRX, and the majestic Merdeka 118 all from one place, both day and night. It felt like a 5-star city view right from the window! The check-in process was smooth, the host was very friendly and responsive, and overall it exceeded my expectations.

Cons: Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything was beyond my expectations.

Pros: The location is right at the heart of the city close to the Petronas towers and the kuala lumpur tower. We were on the 36th level having an amazing view of the city from our Suite.

Cons: The bath rooms were not very clean.No drinking water and no coffee / tea sachets were provided although electric kettle was available.
