Good location and comfortable

Pros: A good location close to bukit nan's and dang wangi stations and 1km from the suria mall and KLCC park. Check in was smooth - be sure to check in at the right desk. The room is clean, cool and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the highway.

Cons: The apartment info said the room would be cleaned if a tag was posted on the door. I stayed 5 days and put the tag on for 3. No cleaning.

Pros: Very clean and hygienic, also liked the included facilities such as Gym and swimming pool.

Cons: Check in time was at 3pm which made us wait more than 3 hrs.

Pros: Excellent! Quick and efficient! Staff are friendly, any issue just solve within secs through WhatsApp message, I loved the overall experience, beds are comfortable, AC is in working condition. overall accommodation & Experience was excellent.

Pros: The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The bed is very comfy located at close to subway so only 2 stations to bukit bintang city centre. Every day cleaning and freshening with nice aroma. I enjoyed staying there 3 days

Pros: We stayed in the same building twice during our 3 weeks vacation in Malaysia, and that was for good reasons: The location right around from the Petronas Towers is priceless, the apartment well equipped with kitchen appliances ( for example water kettle, stove, fridge ), the ac works well, it's clean, safe, has a balcony, you can use the pool, downstairs you find 3 food stores + others we hadn't checked out, you have a money exchange and can walk to different parts of the town or take the close by public transport. For all further needs you have a contact for the staff and we very much appreciated the easy way/arrangement to store our luggage after check out till final departure. We highly recommend this accomodations, you can't find better for the price!

Cons: This apartment had a rather small and dark bathroom with the barrier free shower right next to the toilet which is not so well designed - but not a big minus either. Otherwise everything was pretty perfect!

Pros: Location is great. We got a room on 29th floor, and even could see one side of Petronas towers from the balcony (but mainly the room is overlooking the hills, one-storey houses on the other side of the river and a cemetery nearby 😁) We loved the pool in the shade, but my husband was disappointed with the treadmills - only two were in operation out of like 6.

Cons: I'd suggest the owners get in touch with the guests first. I wrote to their WhatsApp 3 days before our arrival as I didn't get any instructions on the email. And some reading light above the bedhead won't be a bad idea.

Truly a little home from home.

Pros: It's a very comfortable place. Having a washing machine, balcony and Netflix all improved our stay. The price was very good. Can't imagine getting more than this for the money paid. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Cons: A few more extra kitchen bits (toaster, cups ect) maybe but no big deal
