Trip to KL

Pros: Conveniently located near a shopping mall with plenty of food options available. Easy access to the main road, making travel smooth and efficient. Close proximity to University Malaya, ideal for academic visits. Well-connected to public transport including LRT and bus stations. Reserved parking available at level B2, though slightly congested. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable.

Cons: The parking lot was quite narrow and required driving down to level B2, which was a bit inconvenient. It was confusing to locate B2 as there were no clear signboards in the basement. The corridor leading to my room was dimly lit due to a malfunctioning lamp. On the second day, the lift door failed to open and got stuck—fortunately, I was outside at the time.

Very convenient and affordable

Pros: I like that it's above the mall, and very near to the public transportation, so it was very convenient, easy access to the city and other kl tourist spots since it's accessible by train. The owner was nice too, as they allowed early check on and late check out

Cons: It was not really clean, but still okay, bearable. The towels have that funky smell, but the good thing was they have washer and dryer, so we popped them into the washing machine and dryer before using. Also, the 2nd bedroom's bed was not comfy, you can feel the spring of the bed, so I guess it's kinda worn and needs changing. I hope the owner will really check if their cleaners are cleaning their property properly, 'cause it's sayang if it's not maintained well.

Pros: Very clean, the property owner is friendly and helpful, very near to UM.

Good location, good value

Pros: Very good location - apartment is connected to a mall with a good grocery shop and mrt station. Regardless of the weather, we could get food,.essentials or travel.

Cons: It is near a couple of mosques. Be prepared to be woken up for dawn prayers. We got used to it after a few days. Our child slept through it....

Convenient

Pros: The person in charge was responsive and she even let us check in 2 hours early. I would highly recommend this place as it is a very convenient place to stay. The location is 5 mins walk to the LRT station (Universiti) and the shopping mall is just below the residence. This unit provides complete cooking utensils and the best thing is it also provides a washing machine and a dryer! Basically, they have every household item.

Cons: The bedsheet was a little dusty but I think it's because they were rushing to let us check in early.
