Good homestay , best location

Pros: Clean and tidy, the location is perfect. The customer service with a good attitude. It is very close to LRT and got the skybridge link to the KL gateway mall from the LRT University station. It is a good place for vacation

Pros: My family and I stayed for 5 nights. The place was clean, well equipped with cleaning stuff, which was really helpful. It was spacious too, enough to fit 7 people. KL gateway mall is just below the apartment, and a walking distance to LRT Universiti.

Worth the money.

Pros: All the amenities are perfectly working. The kitchen equipments for light cooking are fine. The washing machine's build with dryer. Very convenient for rainy season. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. Toilet in the Master Room have bath tub. All fans and A/Cs are work well. All beds and sofa are comfortable. TV is nice installed with Netflix, Prime, You Tube and HotStar. But need to sign in with own account. The wifi connection is strong. Overall, the fridge, the entirely unit are clean and nice to stay. The view from the living room, and both bedroom also from bath tub windows, are beautiful. This place is at high floor unit and it's very quiet during day and night. They also provide one carpark with no additional charge inside the building.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like. The mall connected to the building. Which so convenient to stay.

Pros: Easy access. From the guard house to the car lot to the lifts and to the unit. Next to the apartment building is the KL GateAway Mall. They're connected. Lots of restaurants open from 10am-10pm. Also got Village Grocer. Just across the road of the Mall is the LRT University Station. Across the other road is University of Malaya. Easy access to KL city centre. Very convenient place to stay.

Cons: Sometimes the access card to the carpark didn't work. Kinda annoying if in hurry but the security very helpful and friendly.

Pros: The unit was very clean and well equiped. Good location with alot of eatery places at the mall. Very easy for check in and check out. The owner (Michele) were very helpful and understanding. I like the master bedroom's toilet, it very spacious, clean and have bath-up with good water pressure. I'm very lucky to get the unit which have a good city view.

Topnotch

Pros: The cleanliness is top notch. The comfy beds and good airconditioning system and good fans, which we can switch and use according to our needs. They had good washing machine. Kids loved it.... Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Cons: The kitchen was very well equipped except for the microwave oven did not function.

Pros: Rumah bersih, lengkap dgn keperluan harian, mesin basuh siap kering, view bandar yg cantik dan luas pemandangan. Sangat membantu walaupun last minit booked tengah malam. Bilik air luas dan bersih.

Cons: Bunyi mesin basuh agak kuat tp puas hati sbb kain kering.

Pros: It is very spacious, and everything is a per described. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Everything functioning well- the iron, the water heater, all the ACs etc. You have to bring your own detergent. We used the microwave but not the induction cooker so cannot comment on that. Stayed for 7nights for exam week, very convenient to travel thru and fro to UM- very very near. MidValley is very near too. Loved the sunset view. But it is a bit noisy due to the traffic jam and the connected train station- this is not a problem for me. Easy check in check out. We even get early check in for like 30min to 1h prior- need to ask the person in charge. It is connected to kl gateway mall, very convenient to buy coffee, food and groceries.

Cons: The master’s bed room bed is a bit hard. Not suitable for pregnant lady like me. Shouldnt be an issue for others I think. The towels have that unpleasant smell like its not properly dried, so I washed it all over again. Maybe can improve on that. But it absorbs well.

Pros: Convenient with the shopping mall at ground level and connected to LRT/MRT train. Great for long-term stay if you don't have a car. Convenient location for Grab rides too. Netflix available as well. Having two bathrooms are useful if you have several family members. Will stay here again.

Cons: Not enough cutlery in the kitchen. We have to use plastic cutlery provided in takeaway food.
