Great location and comfortable stay.

Pros: Great location with nice cafes and restaurants all around. Very close to the LRT which was very convenient and cheap to get around. Large room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Great soundproofing in the building and host was easily accessible through WhatsApp.

Cons: Air conditioning was noisy but we used the fan at night instead.

Superb for business travel, extremely well run

Pros: Excellent Chowkit location away from the chaos of BB, and a superb building for short or longer stays, my unit was on the cheaper side but thats ok - the building has high ceilings and almost silent AC - uniform and well thought out layout means its a no-brainer to book again and again, and you can leave your bags with security for a few hours if you need to. One of the best hosts I’ve had in the past few years, making business travel this smooth is an art form and deeply appreciated.

Great spacious room in a good location

Pros: My 2-night stay was really good there. The location is good with many options nearby. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable too. Great view from my room too. The host gave good directions to enter the apartment and was available through WhatsApp for any questions.

Cons: My only concern is that I tried to use the stairs instead of the elevator, and the door was locked. I don't know how safe this is in an emergency condition. Nothing else besides that.

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean. The location too was excellent.

Cons: No WiFi in the lobby but free WiFi in the laundrette next door.

Superb

Pros: We booked king-size bed with balcany. Room is spacious and there are small eatery houses around that area. Spacious of the room is out of my expection with such affordable price.

Pros: The room is spacious and price worthy. It’s located in a nice area with good food close by. The staff is amazing and really helpful.

Cons: It was a little far from the main attractions we wanted to visit, good thing grab exists!

Comfortable stay 15 minutes walk far from downtown

Pros: It was cleaned and well designed. The stay was comfortable and in great neighbourhood.

Cons: I got itchy skin from the bedding, so I would not recomend for people with sensitive skin.

Good value for money

Pros: Very good value for money. 24 minutes walk from the Twin Towers. Lots of restaurants around with all kind if food and for all pockets. Big room. Comfortable beds.

Cons: The carpet requires more cleaning. Removing the key from mail box is a bit difficult if you don't have glasses. Toilet and dranage of the shower and sink require some maintenance.

Easy, comfortable stay... great value for money

Pros: Room is much bigger than the photos suggest. Everything works well, bed was super comfortable, building is very quiet you barely hear any other guests, two different stations Dang Wangi (red line) and Medan Tuanku (green line) are just a couple of minutes so easy to go anywhere, check in is easy, communication with host via Whatsapp is smooth and helpful. Very good accommodation for the price.
