De Home at Summer Suites KLCC

Could have been better.

Pros: After arriving, I was shown to my apartment, it was all very good, but it had no view I asked if it was possible to have a room with a view and possibly see Twin Towers? I didn't expect to see a full view, but when shown to another room I was happy it had a wonderful view & I cud see part of one of the towers, even though this apartment wasn't as nice tbh but the view made up for it. The apartment was spacious, clean, very big, comfy bed, it had a balcony so I cud sit in evening enjoy the view.

Cons: So all was good but.. I found the man who showed me to my room was helpful in changing my room I appreciated that very much but he was abit pushy regards payment I was very tired the exchange was closed downstairs I asked if I could get him money tomorrow as it was cash only, he rushed off didn't explain about the hot water I see someone else mentioned this also in their review I had no idea how to turn it on so had a freezing cold shower the next morning he text asking about money I asked him about the water which he later sent someone else to show me I wud never in million years have known without showing me. I then had to get in touch to see about staying one extra night but then my WiFi went off I was trying for over a hour so I had to sit down stairs in lobby to do my emails next day wen I mentioned to him he was very unprofessional & quite aggressive saying there was WiFi its my fault must be my phone he was very unpleasant.

Great value, big apartment, felt luxurious, great facilities (gym, pool, security).

Pros: The apartment is very big, separate living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen has the basic cutlery/kitchenware you would need, and the bedroom is comfortable. Nice, natural lighting and my room was high up on the 30th floor so felt very luxurious. Didn't use the pool as it was always quite busy, but the gym was excellent had the basics that you need. I extended my stay multiple times. Grocery store down below was very handy. Elevators are very fast.

Cons: In a bit of an industrial area, but no fault of the property.

Pros: Great location: 15 min on foot to KLCC, 2 railway stations nearby. Great condo with pool, a small gym, 2 groceries on the first floor. Nice view on the city. Good internet (was important for me as a remote worker). Host is hospitable and is always on contact.

Cons: Lots of ants on the kitchen counters.

Pros: Everything was perfect, all the facilities were available. The check-in and check out process were fast, and the staff was cooperative. I booked Suites with a balcony for one day, and then I extended for 8 days.

Cons: Just the room price increases on Friday and Saturday

Pleasant stay and consider to repeat.

Pros: Location is city centre, home is clean, comfortable bed, equipped with washing machine and kitchen.

Bright, clean modern studio

Pros: Very comfortable, clean, bright studio flat with all the essential amenities. Friendly host, and good, prompt, commuication. The building is in a good location - for KLCC and Bukit Bingtan. Monorail and Dang Wangi stations both very close. Building has shops, popular cafe etc. Very happy with my stay. Would stay again

Cons: Faint, lingering whiff of a previous smoker. Noticed it when I entered the flat, but barely noticed thereafter.

Pros: Thật tuyệt vời , nhân viên đã giúp đỡ tôi trong từ lúc nhận phòng tới lúc trả phòng đều vui vẻ và nhanh chóng. View từ phòng thì đẹp , đồ đạc trong phòng đầy đủ và xinh xắn như một sweet home

Pros: Emplacement parfait, l'hôte était adorable, réactif et efficace

Cons: Il manquait un balai pour que ce soit parfait, et la plaque a induction était un peu capricieuse
