Poolside By Mingle - Party Hostel with Private Pool

Centric, clean.

Pros: It was good and very well location. I never used the pool but it was nice to hangout around.

Would recommend.

Pros: Nicely situated, comfy beds, cool vibe. Not quite “party party” more just “hey we’re doing this tomorrow wanna join?”.

Cons: Nothing really stands out, the cleanliness could go up a bit I guess and maybe just the vibe could be improved maybe with more encouragement for people to interact.

Great place for solo travellers

Pros: + The Mingle Staff team are amazing and the reception speaks English well so foreigners can easily go through the check-in process + Close to landmarks/tourist attractions of Kuala Lumpur + Close to the train station + So many new people to meet and make friends and connections from + Air con in bedrooms + Safe area + Love that the hostel hosts events themselves + Clean toilets, with toilet paper provides + Nice place to hangout

Cons: - Pool was a bit small, for an avid swimmer - No shoes allowed in the platform leading to your bedroom - 'Pub crawl' hostel hosted events are quite boring. - You have to pay for laundry washing and drying. On that note, not enough clothing lines if you prefer manual drying - Not all the shower heaters work - There's a 'beer fridge' but no 'water fridge.' strange.

Pros: The Hostel is at a very central place and close to everything. It's very clean and chill. The staff was always helpful with everything. They also do organize also events almost everyday, which is really cool to meet other people. And special thanks to Dave for being very helpful with my questions. 10/10

The atmosphere is very social, perfect for meeting new people and hanging out in a relaxed vibe. The location is great, with easy access to the city’s main spots, restaurants, and public transport. The price is fair for what it offers, giving a good balance between cost and value. The breakfast is simple but okay, enough to start the day. The pool is nice, clean, and great for relaxing, especially on hot days.

Cons: One thing worth mentioning is that the staff are not always very social or welcoming – sometimes it feels like you’re just a stranger. It’s not a big issue, but it’s something that could be improved.

Enjoyable night!

Pros: It’s very clean surprisingly, no bed bugs and they provide chat group for the guests to keep updated with the activities provided by them. The small pool is open for 24 hours so as an ambivert, the time alone at the pool in the middle of the night is quite awesome. (No worries, they provide cctv by the pool for safety)

Cons: The breakfast could be better.

Pros: Loved the little pool. There was free Coffee, toast eggs every morning.. Laid back friendly staff organising daily events. my bed had plus socket and USB, plus a decent curtain. fridge and freezer.

Pros: The location couldn’t be better – close to everything but tucked away enough that it’s still chill. I felt really welcome from the start, and the whole place has a super laid-back yet organized feel. Breakfast is simple but fresh and exactly what you need to start the day. I’d 100% come back – it just feels like home.
