Good value and location

Pros: Good location, decent sized room and bathroom, hot water shower and WIFI,AC, staff helpful when available.NB did not stay overnight due to flight times.

Cons: Limited staff availability

Pros: It's very close to the center, forget the grab, you will need only 5 minutes walk to be in the most visited area of Kuala Lumpur, I strongly recommend

Highly recommended for clean, comfy but very basic room.

Pros: Owner Jufry was a great guy. Upgraded a single room (with an unexpected issue) to a double at no extra cost, so as to not keep my party waiting. Also gave us good information for possible food options. Beds and pillows comfortable. Great location for night food choices and pubs.

Cons: Room x2 did not have any window. Also there was no latch on door to use so had to rely on a very basic push button to secure guest overnight.

Pros: The service was excellent, The staff was friendly and The hotel owner was there and very friendly, get free upgrade from standard room to deluxe room. The hotel was superb clean. We will back again.

Pros: Sehr zentrales und preiswertes Hotel, mit sehr netten Personal.

Cons: Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig und man versteht jedes etwas lautere Wort. Wir hatten eine Nacht sehr laute Nachbarn, die eine kleine Party morgens um 5 gefeiert haben. Positiv zu erwähnen: das Hotel hat die Gäste am nächsten Morgen des Hotels verwiesen.
