Malaysia 🇲🇾

Pros: The staff were friendly especially the male receptionist who helped us to check in after waiting for about 1 hour 30 minutes for our room to be ready..he told us that due to this delay, they upgraded our room without extra charges..we were deeply touched by this , gracias.

Cons: To be honest, everything was amazing! The only thing we regretted was not knowing about this hotel earlier..Thanks a lot.

Cons: Breakfast limited, no fridge. Not the hotels fault but of all things to keep you awake, feral cats, meowing all night.

Pros: The hotel is nice and clean with great location. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was the airport taxi service at the location with reasonable cost.

Cons: However, it was a bit noisy at night. The room cannot keep the place from the outside noise. There was a motor noise almost the whole night outside.

Overall we were happy & satisfied, a conveint place to stay in KL, definitely will stay again in the future.

Pros: Spacious, have space for Solat, even for a single bedroom, clean, the staffs are helpful & very responsive, tv channels is quite good, great location for shoppers, sightseeing & place to eat. Safe place to stay.

Cons: Resturant need to be improved, Although it is a clean hotel, but Attention to detail to some part of toilet, especially near the sink & bathroom tiles.

Pros: The location and staff were helpful if you asked them for what you needed.

Cons: The cooling/heating were a bit hard to use. No fridge in my room Wifi was not great on level 10. A bit noisy on the common area of the levels at night. Overall good value for money, and the restaurant, gym, and surrounding areas were good. It would be good to ve aware of the attractions within walking distance, which there are things all around. Like indepence square, sogo and It shops, markets, cinema and more...
