Pros: The location, the parking, the staff,, the room, the view all so nice.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Pleasant for a short city break in KL

Pros: The hotel is located just across the street from Sunway Putra Mall and can easily be accessed via a covered passage from the KTM Putra station, which is only 3 stops away from KL Sentral. The rooms are very comfortable, with all necessary amenities. Deluxe double rooms are situated on higher floors, so it is nice to have a wide open view of the city. Breakfast offers mainly Malay, Indian and Chinese options, but also good cheese and omlettes. In our period of travel the pool was not crowded at all, so it was very relaxing, even though it is a bit on the small side.

Cons: We didn't encounter any problems.

Pros: Everything went well. This is my second staycation at the hotel. My room was really clean and comfy. Breakfast spread was adequate and delicious.The coffee was exceptionally good too! What i love is the fact that the hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall and this made food options very varied. And all that you need is within reach. On top of this, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They really made our stay memorable. Kudos! Keep up the great work and service!

Cons: The wifi can be improved. Tends to lag at night.

Its a wonderfull experience and my family and me are looking foward to stay here again

Cons: There are water leaking from room above right at the bathtub and i just found that right before check out

Next to WTC KL, discounted parking for guests, very clean and comfy bed with superb shower + bathtub

Pros: Parking fee discounted to rm5 for hotel guests. Very comfy and clean bed. Shower was superb, bathroom has a tub but i didn't get to use it due to only one night stay. Within easy reach to WTC KL, beautiful view.

Cons: Bathtub shower neck leaked, probably due to broken washer or lack of it. Someone threw up on the carpet at the corridoor, I've forgotten to mention when checking out. No nasi dagang for breakfast, crumble is too sweet.

Please improve more in parking system n payment

Pros: Clean, awesome city view, easy fast check in n check out, lots of elevator, good shower with tub n water pressure, silent aircond, 4 complimentary drinking water bottles, location just next to a mall n near to Wilayah Mosque, free breakfast for child under age of 5

Cons: Breakfast is acceptable, personally feel still lack variety in relative to other hotels of the same standard..bland taste for every meals except for egg station, drinks..however, coffee section deserve an applause.. Very limited basement parking, RM per entry still acceptable for me, but i personally think that the alternative park under WTC really need an elaborate discussion between the hotel management. Since for compulsory daily charge of whooping RM16+ per day is totally absurb. I will repeat this hotel under Agoda platform coming raya, but if the parking offer still the same, i think my rating is not gonna be generous. Quite firm bed mattress but acceptable

Lovely staff, lovely hotel, lovely food. Just please fix the bath tub🥲

Pros: Very friendly, helpful, same time still professional staff. From those welcoming us at the front door, to staff in charge of the valet parking, the receptionist, all the hoteliers are lovely. Loving the Malay identity it carries too. Old hotel but still gold. The vibes you get like in Intercontinental or Shangri La hotels. Very thoughtful gesture for muslims, praying mat is provided.

Cons: 1. No bidet. 2. The bath tub: The drain stopper was not functioning properly. I called room service and was told that I had to press it down manually. Although it could be pressed, the water still kept draining out. The bathtub could only hold about one-fifth of the water. If I wanted to fill the tub, I had to keep pressing and holding the stopper down manually and could not let it go..

Pros: Very convenient room and facilities. I've got the room with KLCC view and satisfied with this room.

Cons: There’s no bidet, I don’t like this kind of toilet., Sorryy :)
