Good experience at Swing & Pillows Jln Tar

Pros: Everything was good , room was clean n brightly lighted , shower was good, room smelled clean, sheets were clean, staff were warm , friendly n helpful , location was super strategic Definitely 💯 gonna stay here again in future , when in KL

Pros: The receptionist - Syakila is very helpful. Affordable place to stay & near the center of town

Pros: Awesome front desk staff. Towels quality could be a little bit higher but otherwise no complaints taking into account the room rate & hotel location. Would definitely consider staying at this place for my next time in KL.

Pros: Perfect location for tourists and very kind employees specially Miraz who's from Bangladesh.

Cons: Water pressure is pretty weak for showerhead, and sound insulation is poor.

Pros: The location is very good, the rooms affordable and the staff super friendly. Free filtered drinking water dispenser at each floor. Even though I booked a room with a single bed there were two single beds in the room

Cons: Setting up the safe required help from housekeeping, but housekeeping forgot the first appointment to set it up together with me I had to tell the reception to refill toilet paper in my room and clean it because even after a week it wasn't cleaned The room was very small but enough for a single person. After showering the whole bathroom floor and toilet was wet because it is so small and there are no curtains

Pros: Very nice place to stay at in KL for cheap and armanul miraz at the réception was very useful and nice. i recommend

Pros: All of the staff were very cordial. There is a Bangladeshi staff.

Pros: 7/11 next door.. at mid night a little bit noise. But it was fine..
