Pros: comfy bed and clean room, as expected of a hotel, there is also a water dispenser

Good but not great

Pros: The hotel is beside a lot of restaurants and the LRT station is 4 minutes away by car and 25 minutes away by foot. The front desk staff were very friendly

Cons: The bedsheet was slightly dirty but it was okay. There was exposed wiring on the ceiling and just an opened lightbulb in the bathroom which was concerning. We were also given a room right beside some sort of facility room that can be accessed by windows in our room which was concerning.

Pros: Good location. Near to shopping mall Ampang Point. Available public parking. Near to a lot of convenience shops (CU Mart/7-eleven) and mamak restaurants which are walkable distance.

Cons: I booked for a family room with 2 queen beds. But the hotel only provides 2 towels. When we request for extra towel at the receptionist, he said there was no extra towel due to the hotel is full. Very inconvenience to us.

All in all, it was beyond our expectations! Keep it up.

Pros: Booking and checking in were very well entertained. Staffs were friendly. Even managed to recommend us to where to get rthe best kebab in town. The Room was very comfortable - well air-conditioned which was a problem in some hotels we went to.

Cons: The toilet is big but could be better equipped with a proper vanity

Pros: The room was spacious and very accommodating for our small family. The staff and hospitality was A++ definitely a huge reason to come back. Love the smart tv. The bathroom was huge!
