Pros: Compare my last stay. This time, the room was not what I expected.

Cons: The toilet bowl dirty with stains as same go to toilet floor. The room was full dust, including bad, and the room was like in the shape of torn. Need a quick repair and face lift. Hopefully, my next bookings I don't get the same room

Pros: The reception is Yana her service is very good . she speaks very nicely. I have stayed in this hotel many times I am very happy with the service. All their staff r very good...specially Yana gave us very good service. We will come again inshallah.

An awesome stay I would say!

Pros: The staff were friendly. Was amazed at the way the room was. Very clean, spacious. had free water to refill. I would strongly recommend this hotel to my circle of friends. I would rate 4/5 for this hotel

Cons: there's is nothing that i didn't like of this hotel. Everything is in good condition. Bed was so comfortable.

Pros: staff sangat baik dan membantu tetamu yang menginap. bilik bersih.

Cons: staff yang bertugas di kaunter, harap dapat lebih banyak belajar cara menangani pertanyaan tetamu terutama urusan daftar masuk dan persoalan berkaitan penginapan dan persekitaran hotel.

2nd stay. Room given during 1st stay way better.

Pros: Price suitable with type of room, venue good, near to mall Ampang point. Quite a number of nearby eateries .

Cons: The Television was broken, reception already informed on this, but I believe they should have replaced it immediately.. the door’s secondary lock/latch was not working. They should also consider having elevator from reception floor and not make guests carry their luggage 7 steps before reaching the elevator..
