Good location. Easy check in

Pros: Easy check in and check out. Staff were friendly. Aircon and fridge worked well. Bed was comfortable. Was a nice walk to Petrona’s towers.

Cons: For me, my particular room was right near the busy road so was noisy for me. Next time I would ask for a room away from the road.

Feedback from family with kids.

Pros: The strategic location of hotel walking distance (safe route) to Jakel Mall & Ariani HQ and Jalan TAR. Restaurant nearby is good. Convenience store nearby but close early (10pm). The room space is acceptable for the price. The bed and comforter was comfortable enough. Overall, meet our expectation of staying in this hotel for last minute booking. Staff is friendly, polite and easy to communicate.

Cons: Limited car park facilities during holiday season. Cleanliness of carpark area need to be monitor effectively. Dust under bed quite thick but overall the room actually clean and bedsheet is clean no unnecessary stain. Maybe can install a rubber cover to close the gap between bottom door and floor to reduce noise from inside the room (kids crying can be heard from the lift lobby although staying at the very far room at the corner). Tv for room 405 is not working during my stay (End of March 2024). New towel in the toilet has hair maybe from the housekeeping team during cleaning.
