Value for money

Pros: The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided professional service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the peaceful environment, comfortable bed, and overall good value for money. I especially liked the Studio Room because it offered a perfect view of downtown Kuala Lumpur. The city skyline view was beautiful, especially at night, and it created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The room was modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay both pleasant and memorable. Thank you

Cons: However, the TV was not working during my stay. WiFi was not always available or sometimes very slow.

I highly recommend AnNam Heritage Hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at AnNam Heritage Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short 200m walk from Hoi An Old Town—making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Martin, Tai, and Yen, who made my stay even more enjoyable with their warm hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the spa services were truly outstanding—very relaxing and professionally done.

Pros: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities were all good and everything was clean. The Wi-Fi is fast enough and the water pressure was quite strong too. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean — a nice place to stay.

Pros: I feedback not to condemn the facility but help your facility as a Malaysian. The facility is much improved compared with the previous facility with the carpet. Sadly, the reception reaction and experience is unacceptable and I don’t think is what they would like but lack of supervision or training, please train them and reward them if they do good.

VERY GOOD.

Pros: I ended up doing a late check-in and the lady was super polite. And omg, the night shift guy was amazing — he even let me borrow his phone charger 'cause mine wasn’t working, and the next morning he gave me a bunch of tips and answered all my questions. The breakfast and cleaning staff are super kind too. The room was not only spacious and clean, but also really comfortable. I’d definitely come back!
