Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shopping malls, restaurants and public transport, making it very convenient to get around.

Cons: Overall, the hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly. However, our stay was disturbed by guests talking and laughing loudly around 1–2am, which made it difficult to sleep. It would be great if noise control could be improved at night.

Pros: The location of the property is very convenient and the environment of the room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite.

Pros: Great location just outside the Bukit Bintang MRT. Lots of eateries around. Co operative staff & help you to guide to roam around the city. Seems to be Newly renovated property so rooms are neat & clean. Don't go on outer looks. It was great stay

Overall good stay with small disappointment

Pros: The Property is right on the Jalan Alor Food Street. Bukit Bintang Metro Gate is just outside the hotel.

Cons: They offer good facility but disappointed with complimentary coffee or tea bag not given in the room. Though you have kettle and water bottle.

Great place for a short stay :-)

Pros: We only stayed one night. Staff were really helpful with providing directions, baggage etc. We were also able to leave our bags there for several hours while we went shopping before we left for the airport. Room was clean, and had everything that we needed, including a hair dryer! Was right in the heart of shopping, massages, restaurants, outdoor entertainment etc all within short walking distance. Short walk to Pavilion Mall

Cons: There is no sound proofing from people in the hallway which we heard during the night. Also heard fireworks going off regularly late night, early hours of the morning

Worth the money 😍

Pros: The room is spacious and clean. All the kedai makan,malls, 7e, KK Mart were only walking distance from the hotel. Parking available. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Will consider having a stay here again in future 🌹
