Wonderful! :)

Pros: I loved staying at the hotel. Perfect location on Bukit Bintang. The staff was so helpful and nice! Excellent service :) Surnia is the BEST! :D She ensured my stay was perfect. The staff also picked up my luggage from my taxi driver, and brought my luggage to the taxi when I left, with a smile :)

Cons: The wifi was not working on my first day at the hotel but it was fixed the next day :) Although the room was clean, there was a cockroach in my room on the first night, so I changed room. I had no issues after that :D

Good stay with this hotel.

Pros: Great stay with this hotel. Super friendly the staff. I love the way they setup the reception. Really feel like home. Morning sun can touch you with little toast and coffee all the way as complimentary. Area is very lively WiFi was very good since I worked from room. Hot shower smart tv mini bar desk it’s really good stay with them.

Cons: Room size is not big
