Pros: The location is strategic. In the heart of jalan tar. Accessible by public transport too. Breakfast was fine too. It was 2 for rm50 during my stay.

Cons: The room’s looks a bit outdated. And the hallway gave me chills at night as the light bulb in front of our rooms were out.

Friendly and professional hotel staff

Pros: I had to check out earlier and waited there for late return flight. Staff are very kind and friendly letting me waiting there at the counter.

My Family & i love our stay there plus the view of KL City was so spectacular

Pros: The location, the room, the view from the 26th floor was stunning

Cons: The reception girl name Shahirah welcoming us with sour face, every queries answered were so not welcoming. In example 1 question with 1 answer. Hope she could change to be more friendly, more smile, suitable with her job as a front desk operator.

Pros: Location was great. it is just next to SOGO. Room is spacious. May return to the hotel again.

Cons: My room doesn't come with breakfast but I paid for the breakfast on the last day of my stay. Not much of the spread buffet. choice. It doesn't matter to me much. Didn't get connected to the WIFI.

Great Stay! Value for Money!

Pros: This was my second time staying in Premiera. This time Premiera gave me a free upgrade to my room. It was awesome! The room was clean and spacious. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

Cons: The lift doesn't have a secure card access. Maybe Premiera should look into improving this in future. Thanks.
