Malaysia 🇲🇾

The hotel is good except the cockroaches during my first and second visit.

Pros: The location is very strategic with PV128 is just located right in front of the Hotel. As such, there are plenty of eating places ranging from Mamak (Cheap) to Cafe (Expensive). Besides, Setapak Central Mall is also just located few hundred meters away.

Cons: COCKROACH! This is not my first visit to this Hotel. My first time was in the beginning of Year 2025. During my first visit, I saw a cockroach baby was crawling on the floor of my room. Other than this, everything is above my expectation. This time is my second visit and I'm still facing the same issue! But this time it is on the door of my room when I checked in. Without hesitation, I went down and request for room change. The staff was very helpful and I managed to change my room. All back to normal after the room change.

Pros: The cleanliness is definitely worth an extra star.

Cons: The entrance is locked with a motorcycle lock with a security guard sitting outside during night time feels a little inconvenient when he needs to unlock the door as you go in and out. Suggest to use a card entry. Perhaps it is a safety precaution in the area. The good side of this is you can have a peace of mind knowing there is a security watching your car parked in front.
