Pros: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Pros: The room was good and came with basic facilities for guests, such as a bed, iron, instant drink sachets, hair dryer, towels, and toiletries. Overall the stay was comfortable, recommended and the price was reasonable. The room was clean, and I would consider staying again if I’m in the area. Overall, it was a nice stay. The location is convenient and close to many places, making it enjoyable. Parking is available, though it is public parking and not directly under the hotel property. Thank you 👍🏻

Cons: One downside is that the space is a bit small and not very sufficient for praying. However, overall everything was fine.

Budget friendly stay but

Pros: Very strategic location. Makes it easier to travel around KL. I found the room to be very spacious and comfortable to stay with family. The staff is also very helpful during my stay.

Cons: Not all the facilities can be used as advertised. The tv in my family room can't even be used as they said it was a very old tv. There's no tissue provided when we checked in and even the shower gel is out! We have to request for it to be delivered to our room. The cleanliness can be improved especially the bathroom.

Pros: The room was spacious. A little kitchenette is wonderful for preparing food and drinks. The ceiling lights were simply adorable with multiple colours. Love it. The balcony is so cute. it was so quite at this area i can sleep soundly. Thankyou will come again.

Cons: The sink at the bathroom door is not very flowy. Water takes a long time to go through. I want running water not a puddle of water. The Wifi is not strong in my room. The Netflix from my laptop is sometimes interrupted because the signal is weak.

Convenince and comfortable for affordable price.

Pros: Near to MRT titiwangsa. Near to HKL (only one station from MRTA titiwangsa to HKL) A few restaurants nearby hotel. Water purifier provided.

Cons: Small dustbin. Bidet liking. Shower not able to hang properly.

Comfy

Pros: The room is comfortable for me & family, worth the price, the tv channels are plenty, netflix is also working well.

Cons: There is leakage from toilet to the room wall, which is inconvenient to put our staff at one area but otherwise i have nothing else to complain.

Deluxe Room for 2pax

Pros: Deposit only 20MYR cash, got qiblat mark for muslim to pray, got kettle, 2 free drinking water cup size, got toilet paper and Netflix channel and nice TV 📺 👍🏻

Cons: Nothing, all good and satisfied lah for me. 😁

Pros: the room i booked bathroom door was damaged and the front desk staff help me to change to another just within few minutes and that staff was very kind and friendly
