Pros: We stayed at the by Marriott hotel in Kuala Lumpur for three days, including New Year’s Eve, and were absolutely delighted with our experience. The room was excellent: clean, bright, and felt brand new. The bed linen was spotless and white, and the bed and mattress were exceptionally comfortable — we slept perfectly. Special thanks for the breakfasts: everything was included, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Chinese, Indian, and Malaysian cuisines were available, as well as European dishes. The breakfasts were truly diverse and delicious. On January 1st, we continued our journey through Malaysia to Johor Bahru, but on our return we booked the same hotel again — that’s how much we enjoyed staying here. We would be happy to come back again.

Clean Hotel - Near MRT . Good for Business Trips .

Pros: I stayed in AC Hotel - KL for 4 days for a business trip . Facilities are great and clean rooms . Location is near the MRT station and Monorail station. The area is not a high class area , but plenty of Chinese and Indian places to eat in walking distance - The “Ipoh road little India” is just 300m away with a lot of Pakistani and North Indian street food . The staff service was great. Food was average .

Cons: Not much negatives . Few minor improvements - room key card didn’t work sometimes , had to go to the reception two times . Daily room cleaning for multi day guests should improve - in few occasions dustbins were not cleaned and mugs were not cleaned .

Pros: It was a nice clean hotel with nice staff, good breakfast

Cons: The lobby was freezing, and I did not like the location, although you could go easily to the city center by Grab

Pros: Everything was spectacular The rooms were tastefully decorated, cleanliness, the staff, breakfast all upto scratch Faysal from the front desk was particularly helpful. Even all the kitchen staff and porters were amazing.

Amazing

Pros: The property was located a bit away from the main city but close enough. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was also very good.

Cons: Our room was infront of the metro station so we could hear the metro coming in and going every ten minutes from 5 am. This meant our sleep was constantly disturbed.
