Good

Pros: The place was nice. The air conditioner and water heater worked well, no problems at all. The only downside is the car park is a bit narrow 😁 so it’s easier if you drive a small car. Overall, it was good!

Value for money and worth it.

Pros: The location is easily accessible, as it is situated in the middle of major attraction spots in Kuala Lumpur. Although the exterior of the building and the parking area may appear old and narrow, the interior and the rooms meet current expectations.

Cons: The check-in process took quite some time compared to other hotels, possibly due to only one counter being in operation. The body wash scent was not really to our preference, and breakfast selection can be improved.

Wonderful stay at the Heart of KL

Pros: Very clean and located at the heart of KL. I travelled with a friend and we had a wonderful time staying at this place. The lobby was very clean however we were unable to check in prior to 3 pm. The counter staff were quite strict about that nevertheless we stayed in the hotel during New Year’s and they had a New Year’s Eve party held in the lobby and they invited all the guests in the hotel to celebrate the party together it was a wonderful initiative provided by the Hotel management. I will certainly return to this hotel. The rooms were also very spacious and very clean. There was a gymnasium which had two treadmills which were functioning and also the weights and other gym equipment were well maintained.

Pros: The room was comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was nice, though it could use more variety — but the taste was really good for me. The location is also convenient, close to the town area and easy to access.

Cons: Yes, parking is provided. However, the road going up and down is quite narrow, and the space is tight. The parking lot itself is okay.
