Pros: There is a MAMAK restaurant behind the hotel, which is very convenient. You don't have to worry that there is no restaurant nearby. The cleanliness of the room is also good, and it is worth staying again. (¯▽¯)👍

Cons: There is no railway station or convenient bus station nearby, so you still need to use an electric taxi service to go to the hotel, but there are no other problems.

Secure Access, Effortless Parking, and Tranquil Bliss

Pros: (1) Tranquillity - I can sleep and rest with peace of mind. (2) Car park is easy, especially after 6 pm. (3) Controlled access into hotel - Secure from intruders or unknown personnel.

Cons: (1) Pillows are too thick for me. I chose a queen-size bed for a one night stay. On that night, I used my jeans topped over a towel as a thin pillow. I wish that there was a thinner pillow option as well. One thin and one thick will do. (2) The Internet was poor. Sometimes connected without the Internet. So I have to use my own Internet line.

Pros: The hotel offers a refreshing blend of cleanliness and comfort. Unlike most downtown hotels, it offers a serene ambiance without any noise disturbance. I enjoyed a restful sleep and was pleased with the immaculate condition of the toilet. The air conditioning functioned flawlessly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The towels were clean, there was no trace of unpleasant odours. As someone who travels and drives, finding suitable parking is essential to me. Fortunately, Duta Hotel provides a few parking spaces, meeting my needs perfectly.
