Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown

Pros: From beginning to end, everything was exceptional. The look and feel of the hotel, the warmth of the staff, their quick responses, and the overall comfort and vibe made our stay truly special. The convenient location was definitely a bonus as well.

Pros: It’s peaceful and far away from the city which I love about it. The cleanliness and the comfort are superb. Friendly staff. The manager Muzhaffar Rashman was very helpful & reliable towards my request and feedback. He’s so attentive & ensured that my request is fulfilled.

Cons: During my stay, there’s nothing much I could do in the property except for the swimming pool, sauna, gym and dining. There was no spa & salon in the property which I was looking for in the 5-star hotel. Guests have to travel all the way to Publika mall which we have to walk abt 20-30 mins. But was told that there will be a mall next to the hotel in September. Not to forget, the menu for room service is very very limited, as well as the restaurant Midtown Brasseries. The food taste is really average.

Pros: Excellent service and breakfast buffet was extensive

Cons: Location is a 'work in progress,' will be better in future when the construction work is done

Pros: Everythinggggg. From receptionist, to facilities, spacious room, complimentary upgrade for the late check in and the breakfast spread was so so good. Gonna repeat soon

Modern luxury with high end service

Pros: Loved that the hotel was brand new, the facilities felt luxurious. We had a suite with lounge access, the suite was much larger than appeared on the photos. We were pleasantly surprised with the level of staff attention, we certainly felt welcomed. The highlight was breakfast and in particular the pastry, which was out of this world amazing!

Cons: The location is not central and there was some construction going but it did not detract from our experience there.

Cons: Food can be improved. For starter soup only one option was available

Pros: Service quality was really good. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Cons: Midtown location is slightly far off from where the real action is whether it is good shopping or places to visit.

Overall, an excellent experience! I would love to go again and would recommend to friends.
