One Night at Dorsett Equals Forever in Love with its Hospitality!

Pros: The front office person named Yugen was very² polite and accommodating. He handed me telekung solat as I requested. I hope he will be appointed as one of the PR persons for Dorsett one day with his excellent proficiency in English and polite disposition towards guests who turn up late at night like me..Dorsett needs more patient front office person like Mr Yugen!

Cons: I like everything about Dorsett except that I had limited time there due to work commitment.

Lovely stay

Pros: The location in Damansara is good, as it's convenient with shops around. The front desk is very helpful. The room service is surprisingly fast. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. All in, a good experience. We would repeat it.

Cons: Paid parking. It would be nice if it's free for hotel guests

Ideal place for Short Getaway

Pros: The water pressure in the bathroom is very good. Managed to get an early check in due to the availability of the rooms. Ample Parking space was available due to 4 levels of basement carpark.

Cons: Only 2 lifts available. Therefore, needed to wait for quite some time for the lift. Parking was not complimentary for hotel guest. Hotel guest still needed to pay for parking fee even though vehicle was registered. Although parking payment was not the full amount. It would be nice if hotel guest is given complimentary parking.

Cons: Carpet smells Didnt get 1 large bed instead got 2 single bed and my wife scold me Parking im confused cashier said settled but i still need to pay rm7.60?? Why confusing
